MB Agency is a locally owned and operated by Mike and Melissa Barton. We are a full service event planning agency serving Northern Colorado, Denver and Boulder. At MB Agency we offer unique, creative, and contemporary event planning. Our hands-on, personal approach, as well as our attention to detail and positive energy, set us apart as leaders in our field. Site Research
We have a professional relationship with numerous event venues, which allows us to make informed recommendations to best meet your event needs. Our team negotiates venue rental contracts for all of our clients. We know what clauses to stipulate to protect your interests, how to maximize your cost savings and negotiate the best rates.

Logistics
Logistics include a multitude of important arrangements: coordinating food/beverage, security, room lists, registration, permits, ground transportation, audio/visual, managing fund raising donations and presenting a tasteful, appropriate décor.

On-Site Management
MB Agency organizes and manages all on-site event activities. Our team is the first to arrive and the last to leave. We’ll make sure your guests feel welcomed and that their needs are attended to throughout the event.

Marketing and Public Relations
Melissa and Mike have an extensive background in marketing. and one niche of the company is helping other small businesses with their marketing campaigns. MB Agency has helped increase traffic to websites, increase followers in social media streams, and promote events through unique avenues. Melissa worked with the Colorado 4-H program to create, implement, and promote a successful marketing campaign, What’s YOUR H? This ran for two years around the state as an awareness campaign for 4-H.

Fundraising
Most non-profits spend 75% of their time raising money and only 25% of their time actually WORKING on the projects. Effective fundraising is one of our specialties and our team will work with each client to create an individual fundraising campaign specific for their organization.

Finanacial Mangement and Reporting
MB Agency understands the importance of operating within a given budget. We are confident that we can execute a quality event for you within your budget. Through our years of event planning experience, we have cultivated a network of professionals within the event planning community who enjoy working with our team. We know where to find bargains, which tasks are best left to volunteers, and how to solicit donations for fund raising events.
